Usage Instructions:

• Cut the meat into strips and weigh
• Calculate spice required @45g/kg of cut meat
• Optional: add Worchester Sauce or Vinegar @50g-100g/kg meat. Jimmy's Sauce can also be added to taste
• Mix the meat and spice well, cover, and refrigerate overnight
• Hang to dry
