Make blackened spatchcock ckicken on the grill.

Ingredients (makes one cup of marinade)

4 Tbs lemon juice
5 Tbs olive oil
1⁄4 cup vinegar
7g of Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning 
1 Tbs chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and marinade chicken overnight in the fridge.
