Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. Our USDA Certified partner in Tennessee makes biltong the old fashioned way using our delicious Crown National seasoning. We only use top quality thick cut steaks of beef, cure it with our Safari Biltong Seasoning, and air dry it for about 10 days. Safari biltong is a South African favorite, this spice blend is imported straight out of South Africa and guaranteed to bring back the flavor of home.
We offer sliced pieces for maximum flavor and tenderness and we also offer uncut pieces if you prefer to cut it yourself. Make sure to choose between cut or uncut as well as lean or traditional (with fat). If you want a mixture of fat and no fat also let us know in the notes at checkout and we will try our best to get the right mix for you.

Because these products are shipped from our partner butchery in Tennessee free shipping will only be applicable if ordered without any other products on our online store. If combined with other products a shipping fee will be applicable, calculated only on the other products. Shipping on orders including meat and other products more than $100 will have free shipping.
