Marinating Beef for Stir Fry
Looking to mix things up and have a little fun at dinner? Beef stir fry is a delicious, interesting dish and is a little off the beaten path. Jimmy’s Sauce makes a great beef marinade for stir frying.
If you need a little guidance on what cuts of meat are best for beef stir fry, we have some recommendations for you. Top sirloin, rib eye or tenderloin cut into strips is going to give you a more tender texture. If you are looking for something a bit more economical, flank steak will do.
Just marinate the beef strips for a minimum of 30 minutes in the fridge. When you are ready to stir fry, add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil or peanut oil to the skillet.
These two oil types are excellent when cooking at high temperatures The peanut oil gives the dish a nice, nutty flavor (Just double check that your guests don’t have any food allergies).
Toss in your beef and veggies and stir it up.
