Spice Up Your Chicken Burger

Looking for a light and fresh burger? Use ground chicken instead of ground beef. You will save on calories without having to sacrifice the flavor.

Start making your burger by sprinkling the raw ground chicken with seasoning. Mix it together with your hands (wearing gloves). Before you get to shaping the patties, you can add in pepper jack cheese and soy sauce for a spicy chicken burger.

Another way to prepare chicken burgers is to keep it simple. Once the burgers are grilled you can add on crisp bacon and sharp cheddar cheese or serve it in a lettuce wraps for a low carb option.

Spicing up Your Roast Chicken

When you are grilling chicken-chicken breasts, thighs, or wings, it is a good idea to start with a well-blended chicken rub. Putting spices on grilled chicken before tossing it on the grill can take the flavor from meh to fantastic!

It is so easy to do. Simply use a seasoning packet like one of Crown National's. Shake the spice pack over all sides of the chicken and rub it onto the meat with your fingers for an amazing flavor.

Spicing Up Your Baked Chicken Breast

Baked chicken breasts are a go-to dish when you are cooking for company, your family, or just for you. But as we all know, sometimes they don't have much flavor on their own.

To make sure they don’t taste dull, we recommend putting spices on baked chicken breasts before you put them in the oven. One of our favorite baked chicken recipes is a one-pan recipe. This is so simple and makes for easy clean up. Line your cookie sheet or pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Add your chicken breasts and whatever veggies you would like-carrots, onions, brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes make a nice combination. Drizzle with olive oil and cover the chicken and vegetables with Crown National's Something Chunky Lemon and Herb seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Our Favorite Grilled Peri Peri Chicken Recipe

Grilled chicken is easy to prepare but if your aren’t careful, it can dry out, get tough, and have a dull flavor. Peri Peri Chicken is a South African classic - and will make your chicken zestier than you've ever had before!

Ingredients:

-4 chicken breasts (we prefer on the bone with skin-the bone adds to the flavor and the skin helps to hold the juice in)

-¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

Directions:
